We do Authentic Neapolitan Pizza. Its an artisan product. We do everything fresh, our artisan dough is made fresh for each event and stretched on site in front of your eyes, we use high quality ingredients such as Fior Di Latte Mozzarella (Fresh milk mozzarella), Fresh (pomodoro) tomatoes, Fresh basil, oregano etc... not frozen pizza bases as most of the vendors do. Top quality pizza is very demanding and requires hard work and experience. We never cut corners. The differences are enormous and the Neapolitan pizza is by far the best!
